Speedliner® LT Cylinder

OFFSET CROSS – CYLINDER (2nd FOLD)
Reliable in-line stitcher, mechanically driven from the folder. A cost effective stitching solution for newspaper and commercial web presses.

The mechanically driven Tolerans SPEEDLINER® LT Cylinder system stitches cross-web, tabloid-size products. It’s part of the world’s best-selling SPEEDLINER® family of stitchers, which means it is modular, reliable, easy to install, maintain and operate. This ensures a completely worry-free stitching process.

Product Description

Since the SPEEDLINER® LT Cylinder is mechanically driven from the folder, it is a very reliable stitcher with a minimum of moving parts. Based on the same modular concept and mechanical stitching principle as the high-speed shaftless stitcher version, its design focuses on low running costs without compromising performance or functionality. Service costs are kept to a minimum thanks to the low number of moving parts, easily understood maintenance procedures and 3D exploded-view diagrams in the manual. Stitching in-line is a very low cost method of binding product(s) together at full production speed. The return on investment by stitching in the press is very short, when comparing with a normal binding process in the mailroom. The stitcher has no impact on the printing process.
